草莓的季节到了，如果大家采回很多草莓，不妨来试试这个草莓酱。
草莓酱的做法用鲜草莓。　
from The cake bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum (懒得翻译了）
frozen strawberry 20 oz
lemon juice 2 teaspoons
sugar 1/4 cup
in a colander suspended over a big bowl thaw the strawberries completely. this will take several hours. press them to force the juice out, there should be ~1&1/4 cups of juice.
