攀登绳 (Rope) 




Kernmantle(编织绳): A method of rope construction. Consists of an 

outer section 

(the mantle) and an inner section (the core). The core acts as a 

shock absorber in the stress of a climbing fall. The outer section 

has a braided sheath which can protects the core from abrasion. Such 

Kernmantle ropes are called dynamic ropes and this is the type of rope

 that should be use
