如何经过危险的冰河 |

侦察冰河。水流湍急—冰层一定很薄—尤其河流拐弯的外沿或河道狭窄的地方．那些地方通常也是河水最深处，所以通过的时候要加倍的小心．裂缝、破碎的冰面，变色的冰，这些都是危险的指示。
Monitor the weather patterns. A blanket of fresh snow serves as an insulator to the ice, slowing its formation, so be particularly careful after early season snowfalls. Also, wet autumns can produce unstable shelves of ice that freeze high above a river's normal flow.
