4 tablespoons of butter or margarine/ 1/2cup of cold milk/ electric hand held mixer/ 6Paper liners/ Cheescake filling mix/ crust mixture/ Directions: Melt 4 tablespoons butter(图5) . In bowl, combine butter with crust mixture(图6,7). Place paper liners on a flat suface. Fill each liner with 1 heaping tablesppon crust mixture, firmly pressing mixture on bottom of each liner(图8). Microwave all filled liners on high 1 minute( 图 9)Remove and press crust down with back of spoon. Cool completely. Combine cheescake filling with 1/2 cup milk in mixing bowl (图10,11). Beat with mixer on medium high 2-3 minutes or until filling is thick and holds a soft peak(图12). Spoon equal amounts of filling onto each crust(图13). With spoon, smooth the top. Cov
